Karen is a playwright and actress. She has written and performed work for the London/Edinburgh Festivals. Her early career was devoted to revue, comedy sketches and a smattering of stand-up. She then formed ‘Motormouse Productions’ and in recent years her work has moved to a more rich and dramatic vein but still peppered with comedy. Following the success of ‘God’s Waiting Room’ in the Camden Fringe, the company are conducting an Arts Council funded tour June/July 2017.
Her fondness and natural talent with comedy, has been picked up for character work, but also short films, training films, where a deft hand of lightness is required.
Karen’s acting style is very natural, easy and she is an extremely hard-working individual. She works extensively in the corporate sector, commercial and online. In addition to theatre productions, her next goals are to concentrate on television.
